Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the category, specification, quantity per colourway and destination market supplied with the inquiry.
Delivery
Lead times are stated per order confirmation. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms or delivery terms on the confirmation.
Installation and use
Goods must be used, cleaned and stored in line with the care information supplied. Stated capacities, dimensions and weights are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance; colour may vary between dye lots and between materials. A quotation is not a guarantee of a specific durability, load rating or colour match unless that figure is written into the order confirmation.
Warranty
Warranty periods are stated per product and require operation within the rated application and a maintained service schedule.
